Contest: Name the new Rainebrooke laptop bag - win your very own!

The Vote is in for the Name of the new Rainebrooke Laptop Bag!

Congratulation to Shannon (@zchamu on Twitter; Shannon’s blog) for winning Rainebrooke's laptop bag naming contest with the name “Black Candy”.

The name Black Candy won the popular vote with 62% of the votes.

So, think you can name a laptop bag?  OK, here's how it works:

• Contest opens Tuesday, April 7, 2009.
• Check out close-up pictures and full specs on the new Rainebrooke bag, including both colours.
• Readers submit their name suggestions for the new Rainebrooke laptop tote, using the form on http://tinyurl.com/rainebrooke (this page) by 5PM Pacific, Thursday, April 16, 2009.
• Rainebrooke will select 3-5 finalists and notify them via email.
• Sometime on Monday, April 20 the finalist name suggestions are posted on http://tinyurl.com/rainebrooke (this page) and visitors can vote for their favourite name.
• Voting closes Friday, April 24, 2009 at 5PM Pacific.
• We’ll announce the winner on Monday, April 27.  The name with the most votes will win one of the new laptop bags (and possibly have that name be the actual name of the new bag).

The Fine Print:

• Maximum three entries per person.
• If two people happen to submit the same name for the bag, the one who submits it first will receive the entry for that name – the first submitted will be determined using the automatic time stamp on each entry.
• All submitted names become property of Rainebrooke.
• Rainebrooke does not guarantee that it will use the name that wins the popular vote or any of the names submitted.
• If no suitable names are submitted or there are insufficient numbers for a second round, Rainebrooke will draw the winner of the bag from the initial round of names submitted.
• Rainebrooke will ship the winner their bag anywhere in the world, but the winner is responsible for any customs or duty fees.
• Please do not submit known trademarked/registered names of other products and/or companies (e.g. We just can't name the bag "Nike" :) ).
• Rainebrooke's decision is final.
