One of the ways I find out about new bags is from designers sending me their wares. Sometimes a reader will let me know about a bag they love or have seen and have questions about. Either way, I'm thrilled to hear about it because there is no way I can keep track of everything laptop! These are a few that have been sent in. I've not received review copies of any of these, but they either look promising or someone has said they like their bag.

The Ibizia - this is a cool looking tote. It converts into six different shapes. There apparently is an interior pocket for a laptop, though am unsure how padded it is. But if you're just looking for a bag about town, and not for your inner road warrior, this might work. Retails for $198 USD.

Some great road-warrior bags. Couple from their women's line: Finesse and Spring. Finesse is for smaller laptops; it's a really interesting tote style shown here. The Spring is a lightweight backpack again for smaller laptops. They have a number of resellers both off and online.
TREAD - Sleeves from Recycled Tires
Got this tip via a reader who pointed me to The Green Guy - notebook sleeves made from recycled tires. He does a great review with great pics (the one below is his). Also, they seem to include a card that shows the journey of the tire for your bag which is kinda neat.
